Our kitchen is fully appointed to assemble an exquisite meal with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and utensils.  Quaint extras include a fully stocked coffee station, air fryer and blenders for your favorite tropical smoothies. Dine at our uniquely designed Octopus Garden seating area.

Relax in our spacious living room furnished with a large sectional sofa and 70 in wide screen Samsung smart TV. After a day at the beach, kick back with your family and congregate on the couch with a movie or one of our many board games. The fully stocked bathroom has your shampoo, conditioner and body wash easily accessible from our resort style dispenser. Turn your morning shower into a spa-like experience with an aromatherapy showerhead that distributes essential oils directly through the water flow. In addition to regular bath towels (replenished at your request), beach towels are also provided for your stay.

Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and access to one full bathroom with an add-on bidet feature, make this home everything you need to take a break from it all.  The main bedroom has a large 55 inch widescreen TV. All the newly upgraded mattresses are super cozy, according to our guests. During these unprecedented times, each bedroom is equipped to assist remote workers with a desk and charging station.

Dirty laundry? No worries! Cleaning your clothes and towels is a breeze at Octopus Gardens with your private front-loading washer/dryer unit.                           

Avid bicyclists will be happy to know that the Pinellas trail is less than a mile from this home.  That trail runs north to Dunedin (Honeymoon Island Causeway & beaches) and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and the amazing Greek Village.  Heading southbound on the Pinellas Trail takes you all the way to St. Pete beach and Tierra Verde to Ft. Desoto Beach and State Park. If you'd rather go west to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, pop across the intercoastal waterway to Indian Rocks or St. Pete & Clearwater Beaches. Beach gear, Coolers, umbrellas, and chairs are available upon request with 24 hours notice. Beach bikes and scooters available at our rental store.

Not a cyclist? Heading to all these locations and more are just minutes away by car. This home is mid-point between St Pete and Dunedin, Florida. Looking to absorb some Florida/Cuban culture? Just cross Tampa Bay to the east and arrive at beautiful downtown Tampa and Ybor City. This location is 20 minutes from Clearwater/St Pete Airport (PIE) and around 40 minutes to the Tampa International Airport (TPA). 

Just to remind, this is not a party house. This is a family retreat.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
