The studio was designed with everyone in mind. Location, user friendly design. Beach supplies are easy to access. Charging stations in three different locations. Full kitchenette, with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer and hotplate. Keeps cost down, when you can cook your own meals. Plus outside you have a six burner stainless steel grill. If that wasn't enough, this is a absolutely a perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery, liquor stores, and bars. This is a newly renovated garage studio. New hurricane impact windows, with double insulation all the way around . Brand new 55 in smart TV with all the streaming channels. Nice and private, with a backyard for relaxing. Has a garden with butterfly bushes and beautiful flowering hibiscus. In the corner yard, you can relax at the teak table, and patio chairs. About the Owner

Mary and I got married in Charleston SC. We lived up in Virginia, for a short time. While visiting family, in Pinellas county, we decided to move to Pinellas, and to call this home. We opened up our first studio, The Pelican Pad, in 2019 and have been loving the host life ever since.
